The reviews posted here are so oooold! If you haven't been to FFL lately, you really ought to check it out now, especially as they are opening a new, state of the art CF gym soon. The people are fantastic, the facility is fine and the only sweating I've done has been from working out, the a/c seems fine to me. There are so many different classes at so many different times, there's bound to be one just for you. As far as the music, I love it and it helps me move to keep up. There are young and old and fit and seeking to become fit people there and I've never felt judged or criticized. This is a great gym with great people, give them a chance to show you.

Great gym and the staff is excellent. I travel and visit this gym when I'm in Bay City. They have great priced on supplements and beat gnc's prices, if they don't have it they can get it . 5 stars
