We lost a four legged member of our family last week and I cannot say enough good about Dr Shields and the rest of the staff. Thank you all so much for the compassion that you showed me and the respect that you showed our Buddy! It was a very emotional time. We were put in a side room immediately which was so thoughtful since tears were streaming down my face. We were given private time with Buddy to say our final goodbyes. Such a hard thing but your professionalism and compassion made it bearable. I so appreciate everything!!

Had to take two of our four Doxies in for dental. Knew Patron and Mocha Bean had tooth issues but after we dropped them off and they got started our little boy Patron had 22 teeth removed. Mocha Bean 12. They had subgingival hair. A condition some short haired dogs have. Dr Tess Crider did an amazing job. Explained the why's and how comes. Showed us the teeth. The bill was also far less than we expected. Dr Crider also gave shots and drew blood for our other two pups, Beau, 12 yrs old and Missy Miss, 10 yrs old and Drs demeaner and care are second to none. Thank you Dr Crider and staff for all your support and care of our furkids. Thank you.
