We recently had our A/C stop cooling. We reached out to BC Electric & A/C to get it checked out. While they couldn’t get us on schedule that very day, they did do their best to get to us fast. That very next morning Mike was here & getting us cooled back down. Customer service is friendly & professional. Thank you for doing everything you could to get our home cooled back down in as quick as possible.
Called them at 445 on a Wednesday they had A/C fixed and blowing cold air in under an hour. Mike was here and explained what he was doing and what else he may have to do and gave the price before no surprise charges.
