We have had quite a bit of work done to our residential and now our commercial property. We recently had Marcos come out and set up our water heater install. His team, John and Carlos came out and installed the water heater timely & without any issues. I know it wasn’t an easy task hauling out the old water heater and hauling the new one up and down stairs. Kudos to these two gentlemen for getting the job done without any complaints and keeping a smile on their face. After this job was completed Marcos followed up and ensured we were satisfied. We had Marcos once again come out to quote us on a possible re-pipe. Marcos was very thorough on going through our building to find the best possible route for the re-pipe and ensure our quote was as accurate as possible. In the meantime time we ended up having Marcos come back out to look at our building since the leveling job we had done caused a pipe to leak. He came by as quick as he could and got the job done. I commend his customer service skills, communication is huge for me and he delivers 110% each and every time! He is courteous and reliable. My last shout out is to Gail. Any time I call the office she is usually the one who takes my call. I have to give Gail kudos for her customer service skills. She delivers 110% each and every time I have a question or concern.
