On Point was definitely On Point. They arrived on time and were professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and were very organized and detail oriented. The techs cleaned the work areas very thoroughly. Everything was explained in detail before and after the worked was completed. I highly recommend calling them.
I have used On Point the past few years for my washing machine and my refrigerator and they were honest and knowledgeable for both. My fridge deli drawer kept freezing over and they came out and fixed it within a day or two of calling. As for my washing machine, they were not able to fix it because it was a motherboard issue with parts that were no longer available for my specific model. He gave me a few ideas of ways to get as much life out of it as possible and it continued for another 6 months using those suggestions. They had a $75 charge for coming out which I thought was fair even though they were not able to fix it. I would recommend using On Point for your appliance repairs because they are timely, friendly, honest and fair.
Would highly recommend ON POINT! Memorial Day weekend and Saturday night our 10 year old LG dryer stopped working. Every place was closed by then and so we ordered a new LG dryer on Home Depot to be delivered the following Tuesday. Home Depot delayed the shipment by another week so we called ON POINT on Tuesday the day after Memorial Day to see if we could possibly fix the issue or if it was done for good. Juan showed up in 2 hours and fixed it in under 45 minutes. He is cordial, intelligent, polite and knows what he’s doing! Also we were able to cancel the new LG dryer from Home Depot.
