Ezekiel Biloki was very prompt and knowledgeable. He did a great job clearing the blockage in the mainline to our septic system. He was great at explaining what he was doing. Recommend him highly.

We had a great experience with Joseph and Blue Ribbon. We had what we feared was an expensive issue with our water heater on a holiday. Joseph arrived early, and he quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. Joseph fixed the issue and taught us what to look for in the future. Some plumbers may have tried to take advantage of the situation to propose expensive repairs. We appreciate his honesty. Great customer service. We will definitely call Blue Ribbon and Joseph again.
