“Would highly recommend ON POINT! Memorial Day weekend and Saturday night our 10 year old LG dryer stopped working. Every place was closed by then and so we ordered a new LG dryer on Home Depot to be delivered the following Tuesday. Home Depot delayed the shipment by another week so we called ON POINT on Tuesday the day after Memorial Day to see if we could possibly fix the issue or if it was done for good. Juan showed up in 2 hours and fixed it in under 45 minutes. He is cordial, intelligent, polite and knows what he’s doing! Also we were able to cancel the new LG dryer from Home Depot. ON POINT saved us over 1k dollars and we are so happy that we have this reputable company to service Bastrop!

“Great service. Timely professional. Recognized the job needed two people in advance which sped up time. Ron and Brandon were great, especially willing to explain what caused water damage and how they were going to repair with multiple mechanical controls to prevent it. The company came recommended by next door people and after reading reviews decided they were the choice. Scheduled late on Tuesday, and was able to get service by Thursday noon. Most importantly wrote up what was necessary for my insurance claim since water leaked in house while away for few days due to clogged trap and mechanical failure of float.“
