My fridge deli drawer kept freezing over and they came out and fixed it within a day or two of calling. As for my washing machine, they were not able to fix it because it was a motherboard issue with parts that were no longer available for my specific model. He gave me a few ideas of ways to get as much life out of it as possible and it continued for another 6 months using those suggestions. They had a $75 charge for coming out which I thought was fair even though they were not able to fix it.
