“This is my second 5 star rating of Parkview Dental. They continue to raise the bar on excellence by adding Dr Dinh to the staff. I needed to have a tooth extraction late in the day and Dr Dinh fit me in and did an amazing job. No PAIN, no discomfort. Dr Dinh is amazing, friendly, easy to talk to and professional. The staff is equally amazing, they are all very good at their jobs, work well together and seem to really enjoy working at Parkview. As I mentioned in my previous review, Dr McCammon is great too. He is very professional and you can tell his main interest is quality, professional care at an affordable price. Which brings me to their in house dental plan. This plan is great and beats so called dental insurance you find on the internet.“

I'm happy to say I've found my favorite Dentist. Dr. Murad and his Practice are very good at what they do. I've had Fillings, a crown, routine clean, deep clean, and consultations about future cosmetic and structural visits. My mouth was all jacked up before, and its never been better.

“Dr Atelier is excellent and meticulous. I’ve chosen him as our dentist because he believes in preserving and protecting our teeth, not waiting to remove cavities once the tooth is badly damaged or painful. This is an upgraded personalized practice. Not the run of the mill.
I had fillings that required numbing, and was nervous about the shots. He helped me relax and I didn’t feel the prick or any pain.
My kids enjoy getting their teeth cleaned and are happy when it’s their turn to go. The office staff is attentive and caring. Everyone knows us and is so friendly.“

“Initial visit was emergency visit. However I've come to appreciate not only Dr. Le but the entire staff on scheduled follow-up visits. I swear she's the fastest dentist I've ever had. “Walking in the door I was greeted warmly. I waited just a few minutes in the waiting room before being escorted back to the exam area. The hygienist was kind and easy to talk to. She examined and cleaned my teeth with expertise and care. Dr. Lipscomb then came in and followed up on the cleaning and we talked about golf!

“Dr Mason does excellent and precise work. I go out of network for his expertise. In addition, the whole office is welcoming, warm and inviting. The fact that they make their own crowns in office is a plus!“

“My 80 year old mom just moved to the Dallas area and needed multiple crowns. We visited Capehart Dental to see if it would be the right fit for her.

What was great--Dr Capehart was thorough in examining mom, asked about her medical history, and was patient in his interactions with her. He found 2 teeth issues that another dentist (at a different dental office) had missed.

What could be better--As a prospective patient, we would have liked to have an orientation (even if brief) on how this particular dentist office operates plus an introduction to the professionals dealing with my mom (receptionist/manager, X-ray technician, dental assistant, and, last but not least, the dentist himself). Instead, everyone there seemed to assume that we were already familiar with the office's professionals and procedures.

Overall, we came away with such positive impressions of Dr Capehart, and this is the part that matters on an ongoing basis. The other part--now that we know a bit how the office works and have met some of the professionals there--should be a non-issue moving forward.“
