This office goes above and beyond. I spoke with Hannah to schedule my wisdom teeth extraction and she was so kind and helpful. Upon arrival I was greeted, walked through the process by Dr. De Simone. The procedure itself was quick and easy. They really look the fear and nervousness out of this experience with true professionalism. Very happy I chose country lakes!
Best Dental Practice we have been to ever. Living in Midland, Austin, and now North Texas we have been to many different dentist offices, but Country Lakes Family Dental is by far above the rest. They are always on time, courteous and understanding.
I initially went to get an emergency extraction done, which they accommodated very well. Around the same time, I had previous veneer and implant work fail (different dentist, over 12 years old). There was an initial mixup in treatment for this, but the 5 star rating is solely based on their response to this situation. I had a deadline when I needed my smile to be whole again, and Doctor Matt and the crew worked with me to make it happen. I will be returning for all of my future dental needs.
