But I sat down and after looking at my hair for just a few seconds she asked if they took thinning scissors to my hair! “Went to get a haircut at another place and was not satisfied with what I received. I called and spoke with Kristin and she said she could fix the mistake from the other place. I showed up she looked at the cut I had gotten and said it would be no problem. Over the phone she said she would just fix it free of charge and I would not allow her to do so. She got me right in after her current client at the time. Within no time she had me fixed right up. Customer service was great and her talent for cutting hair is remarkable<br>. I couldn't have asked for a better service. She deserves a 10/10 and I will not be going anywhere else from here forward.
