About Elite Nails
Elite Nails has improved significantly after its remodel, providing a clean environment and fair prices. The nail technicians are friendly and attentive, often remembering customers' preferences. Notably, one technician received praise for her detailed hand-painted designs and creative suggestions. Customers enjoy the fun atmosphere, with staff who engage in humor while delivering high-quality nail services, making it a great spot for special occasions. The service is generally professional, with customers being politely greeted and immediately seated for their manicures. Customers are impressed with the level of service, which includes trimming nails, massaging hands and arms. However, there have been some issues reported, such as gel nails popping off and uneven pedicure work. In one instance, a customer was unsatisfied with a technician's rushed service and lack of attention to detail, though the staff were able to rectify the issue.
Politely greeted by multiple people as soon as I walked in the door. Was immediately seated and manicure began. Nails trimmed, hands and arms massaged. I was impressed with the professional service. Will definitely come back.
I usually love this place however, my most recent experience was not up to their normal standards. The lady did gel on my toes and the next day they started popping off. I did notice there was some flooding gel as-well. I came in about a week later to get them fixed a different lady did them they looked great and, then they started popping off again.
Michael is the absolute worst! If he sits down to do your toes, I would recommend asking for someone else or just leaving. I paid for the $55 pedicure, and he rubbed lotion on my legs for maybe all of two minutes and rushed through my pedicure. My toes looked awful and were extremely uneven. The only reason that I did not rate one star is because Hannah was very nice and sent someone over to fix my toes. I still did not get what I paid for with my $55 pedicure Because he just decided to skip all the steps, but at least I’m not walking out of here with ugly toes thanks to Hannah.
