I have loss of movement in both of my arms and Tracy gave me a massage that released a lot of knots of stress I had no idea I was carrying. I was worried I had something seriously wrong medically and was glad to learn it was treatable with massage sessions and no surgery or pain meds. I left massage with mobility in both arms. I know I need more sessions to get where I need to be with arm strength but I’m so thankful I found someone who knows how to treat pinched nerves and inflammation.

One of the best massages I've had. I had problems with sciatica and greatly reduced pain in 2 sessions. No this isn't the place if you want the "spa experience". She is truly a therapist and will help fix your problem.
