Right on time with appointment! Staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Pam took the time to check insurance options and explained those options for a lay person like me!
Dr. Helms is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my many questions! State of the art equipment and very nice office. Front desk staff, nurse and glasses assistant were all very friendly. Would highly recommend!
Updated review:Thank you to the Owner for reaching out to me to get my issue resolved asap. After explaining to several employees what the problem was, Liz was the only one who fully understood and took initiative of the situation. And made sure that I got what I wanted. The doctor was cool and comforting during the exam. The front desk girls were also very welcoming and polite.(BEFORE & AFTER DOWN BELOW)
