Zilker roofing provided phenomenal service from start to finish. We initially had a claim denied by State Farm who had sent out their inspector. The Zilker guys guided us through appealing the process and paid for their own independent appraiser, as well as the repeat appraisal and umpire to eventually get the claim approved. After that it was an incredibly quick process of getting the new roof. Their crew was great with our solar panel removal, cleaning and reinstallation and we were very impressed with the cleanup job that was performed as we found incredibly little debris in the week afterwards. The whole team was very responsive throughout the whole process and it was very professionally handled. I strongly recommend them for your roofing needs.
