I got same day delivery and had amazing customer service when I had to call and make a last minute change on the address. Customer service was off the charts, professional, friendly and accommodating! And the flowers were exquisite!

I'm incredibly impressed by William Paul Floral Design's response to sending my friend the wrong arrangement. They quickly responded, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent the correct arrangement. The flowers were beautiful, and this was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had.
