They ruined my wedding dress. I took it in to try to get some mud off the bottom hem. I got it back still stained, one of the breast inserts ripped off, and the boning sticking out of the seams. They didn't say a word when I picked it up!Service: Wedding gown cleaning

seems like same-day service is always five minutes before you arrive. It used to be 9 AM then I got there at 8:45 and they said I was too late. Now pick up is at 8:30. Today I get there at 8:25 and I can’t get same-day service, because Pick up will be there soon. I used to put up with this place because it’s convenient to where I live despite them being ridiculously overpriced. Now I will try to avoid until they can get their customer service straight.

Totally overpriced and they don't tell customer the price of items as they take them. We were flooded in Feb and my husband took tee shirts and cotton shirts plus several cotton pants to be Laundered. They were damp from the broken water pipe in his closet and picked Westbank dry cleaning due to location. When he picked them up cost was $960 for the items. I called to complain and never got any satisfaction. The mAnager offered $200 refund and I didn't want any money but a donation to Salvation Army and Community First. This he didn't do and had never heard of Community First customer beware of this cleaners Judy Wheeler
