My first experience with Leah was good for a highlight. I went in yesterday for a hair cut. I showed Leah the attached pictures of the bob I wanted which I've had in the past. I ended up with a significantly shorter cut that was so thinned out I feel like I have so much disconnection in my hair. The back is so short in parts that I can hardly grab it with my fingers, let alone straighten it. I also have naturally curly hair so I can only imagine the nightmare of how I'm going to deal with those pieces once wet and styling until they're long enough to deal with. I also want to preface, my hair was well past my shoulders, very health and had no face framing or short layers when I walked in so it should have been pretty straightforward. I was shocked when I left the salon yesterday and even more shocked at the lack of accountability in Leah's response in the attached text. I feel like I spent almost $100 to get my hair butchered while also ending up as an emotional dumping ground throughout the entire appointment.

I had a hair emergency using a boxed hair dye at home. After searching everywhere for a salon that can take me in last minute, Leah got me in in no time! She let me know what I need to do next time I want to dye my hair, both at home or at a salon. She really cared and was extremely sweet the whole time. We stopped by to get my son a haircut, they got him in right away, they did such a great job on his hair and even stayed open a half-hour after they closed. He is never happy with his haircut but today, he out all smiles!! Thank you for taking the time and such great stylist
