Going to start off by saying I go to a LOT of wax places. I’ve lived in San Antonio, Kyle, San Marcos, and Austin, so I’ve had to try a lot of wax places in different cities. I have honestly never had such an easy breezy time gettin waxed! I was stuck in traffic for 40 mins because the president is here, so I called to let them know and Waxxpot immediately accommodated me. They said that was perfectly fine and they pushed my time a little bit. Got here, and the wax process was so FAST and easy. As a Mexican girl with PCOS, I have a lot of hair okay. My experience at Waxxpot South Lamar was excellent. The front desk staff and my Waxer, Melissa, were super nice. I recommend Waxxpot over competitors for anyone who has sensitive skin. Waxxpot uses soft wax and strips as opposed to hard wax (European & Waxing the city). Overall, great experience at Waxxpot.
