I had an incredible experience with two team members of Wastewater Transport Services, thanks to Will and his coworker Randy. After getting a flat tire, I was fortunate to encounter Will, who went above and beyond to help me, even after his shift had ended at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
Not only did he assist me with jacking up my car, but he also helped me replace the tire—all within just five minutes. His willingness to lend a hand, despite being off the clock and likely tired, truly speaks volumes about his character and dedication to helping others. Randy was also instrumental in the process, providing support with his hydraulic jack.

I had a tough septic job, down a cliff. This brought the bandits out of the woodwork. They really were trying to rip me off with a crazy high quote and BS explanations. Wastewater Transport Services was actually recommended by another honest septic company that turned it down. Their smaller trucks were not powerful enough. Ash from WWTS was very nice and honestly couldn't give me a price until they came out to look. He let me know it would require two guys and a longer on site time. Rudy who came out was great, Assured me it wouldn't need any crazy equipment like I had previously been quoted. He'd seen it and done many similar jobs before. Rudy came out as scheduled and toughed out the extra hours and a ton of trips up and down my steps. It went great. He showed me inside the tanks after the job and explained the work. This was not a bargain job. The price was fair and reasonable for the job,well done on time. I will only use this company and I will make sure my neighbors do too.
