Decided I needed a little more than your average hand/foot massage during mani/pedi so booked their express viva mani/pedi. Bad choice, I had to remind the employee about a massage on both my hands and feet which she was still resistant about even though I pointed out the website description of "moisturizing foot and calf massage" and " relaxing hand massage". she proceeded with a rushed massage perhaps lasting a wopping minute in a half all together. Not to mention there was some hostility happening before my eyes between two employees which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable and my manicure only lasted about 2 days, not shellac. Save your money and go somewhere with a true spa experience!! So disappointed.
Absolutely do not book Sarah I if you want to do anything else later that day!! All jokes aside… Sarah I literally gave the best Swedish Massage/Signature spa treatment I’ve ever had period! And that says a lot, when I left her table I couldn’t even form a proper sentence, I was disoriented in the best way possible! She did a fabulous job. I thoroughly enjoyed my services with her, and will definitely book her again. Highly recommend 5,000 stars!
