I'm very inexperienced with manicures, so this was my 2nd ever manicure, and I was recommended this salon by my sister who has gone here multiple times and claims it is her favorite place to get her nails done. I now see why! Immediately, we were greeted by Diana, who was very kind and friendly. She welcomed us to the nail area and asked us if we wanted a drink, etc. She made us delicious cappuccinos, gave us some chocolate, and let us settle in and pick something for the TV. I had a fantastic experience with my E-file manicure (otherwise known as the "Russian manicure" on social media) at Vilero! Being in North Austin, it wasn't too much of a drive to get to (except when there is some traffic because of incapable drivers...), and I had originally booked a manicure appointment estimated to take two hours. I tacked on a pedicure as well because I was quite overdue on that as well! Irina was my tech and two other women were there when I arrived. Great manicure! The salon had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and professional. The manicurist Evgeniya did an excellent job shaping my nails and applying polish. The products used were high-quality and long-lasting. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!Service: Manicure
