My teenage son accidently spilled water on his gaming computer causing it to stop working. We took it in to Vicom PC on a Saturday just at closing, had it diagnosed by Monday afternoon (they're closed Sunday), and back home Tuesday afternoon.Duncan, the owner, and Mathew exceeded my expectations. Not only did they get the computer repaired quickly, they were able to offer me a more cost effective solution (refurbished graphics card) which is better than my son's previous GPU.As any gamer knows, a day without their PC feels like a lifetime, so I'm glad Vicom PC made everything quick, easy and afordable.

Pc wouldn’t power on so I took it here, they addressed the issue but I had to take it back in as I messed up building it and they had it running within a day and also didn’t charge me for the second time. Recommended
