I've never watched the "Better Call Saul" TV series but if you need HVAC service that is what you should do. We had a complex project involving disaster recovery that the many other contractors either would not do, did not know what they are talking about, overlooked too many details, or tried to bully us into what they wanted to do instead of what we needed.
Saul came out and spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and thoroughly analyzing our system to come up with the optimal solution. I recently had the pleasure of using the HVAC service provided by Trinity Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Saul arrived promptly and was not only highly skilled but also incredibly courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my HVAC system, restoring comfort to my home efficiently. Saul is the man! Worked with him twice, on two different properties in Austin, and both times he was honest, informative, kind, and ethical. I also ended up spending way less than what I expected. Trinity is the only company I will use for any of my HVAC needs. God bless these guys!
