Fast, easy booking and a great service experience. Alex let us know when he was on his way, jumped right in to the repair, and explained each detail of what he was doing and what repair(s) were needed. I would absolutely recommend TCAR to anyone looking for top notch appliance repair.
We had to replace 2 doors in our Samsung quad door fridge - Alex did an incredible job - fast, clean, polite. Very professional and very caring. We had similar quotes from other companies but the great reviews gave us peace of mind, and I am so glad we chose Travis Country Appliance Repair!
I contacted them on a Sunday and had an appointment scheduled for early Monday morning. Alex was very kind and on time and answered all my questions. He was honest and did not try and sell me anything I didn’t need. It was a good experience overall. I’d use them again.
