Our a/c died at the height of August heat. We were fairly uneducated about replacing a HVAC system. The folks at the Coolest have done a wonderful job helping us get a new system and ductwork. Bianca was great at answering questions, Reese was very knowledgeable at helping us decide what we needed and at no time did I feel pressured. Pricing was fair and Willie, Rico and Marco did a great job on the installation. Everyone involved has been courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely be using The Coolest again and will recommend them to friends.

Decided to replace our entire HVAC system and duct work. Called 5 different local contractors for a quote, 3 responded. The Coolest was my last quote and as they say “leave the best for last. Reece came over and went over the scope of our project, crawled around the attic and presented us with a quote that was not only the most competitive but covered exactly what we wanted.
When the crew showed up on time, they were ready to go. Rigo, Willie, Marco and Cole did an amazing job. Completed it all in one very long day. Was able to schedule a maintenance visit the day after I called. Technician (Kaleb) was on time, friendly, and did a great job communicating with me and addressing our needs. Will absolutely continue working with the Coolest in the future.
