I have taken my infant here twice and both experiences were great. I sign up for the online waitlist and have been seen at the estimated time both times. All the care providers are so kind and knowledgeable (even when we were there for a stupid accident, they were so understanding). I appreciate that they offer “watch and wait” antibiotics so you don’t start antibiotics unnecessarily, but also don’t have to do a second visit if they are needed.
We're so thankful to have a TCH urgent care near us. My 5 year old had a run in with the gate at the bottom of our stairs and split her eyebrow open. It wasn't deep enough for stitches but definitely needed to be glued back together, so she wouldn't wind up having a nasty scar. We were able to get an appointment pretty quickly, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Ian at the front desk welcomed us right away and made my 5 y/o feel right at ease. The nurses were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Jackman was patient and kind with my daughter and made her feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We brought our 4yo in for stitches in his chin after a fall today and received amazing care from Dr. Jackman. He was kind, accommodating, and treated our kid with utmost respect through the whole process. Really grateful to have ended up here and would return for minor injuries like this!
