I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Tex Painting. Joel Laminack was our point person throughout and he was so responsive, communicative, and patient with us through the whole process. We had the entire house painted from top to bottom, including cabinets and it came out phenomenal. Thank you Joel and Tex Painting!!!
I am writing this positive review as a shout-out to project manager Jordon and his crew managed by Alex! There were some issues with the stucco work done by the original Tex Painting Crew, which required the work to be redone. I could have easily written an negative review when this was all going on. But once Jordon was put in charge of my warranty work, he made the whole process go smoothly, and kept me in the loop so that I felt confident in the repairs! His crew, managed by Alex, was very knowledgable about stucco work and paint, and they did excellent work! So I just wanted to let potential customers know that Tex Painting does make good on their warranty! And if you are lucky enough to get Jordon and Alex on your team, you can be sure the work and experience will be top notch!
Honestly, I can't say enough good things about working with Tex Painting. Joel came out and walked the exterior of our house with us, talked us through what the process would look like if we chose to work with them, and gave us really great advise on different questions or concerns we had. We had to schedule around other contractors that were working on our house and they were able to move schedules around based on our situation. When the team arrived on a Friday to start prepping the house, they were extremely polite & professional, verified colors and exactly what would be painted, and took extreme care to cover all windows and doors. Luis and his team were out of this world! They were able to complete the entire job in 5 days and went above and beyond. They really are perfectionists and the house looks brand new. Thank you thank you! I HIGHLY recommend using them for projects and will be a repeat customer should we need them in the future.
