TeriAnne has maybe given me the best haircut of my life. After reopening her cute studio in El Cerrito to COVID standards, I was really excited to go in and get a haircut to put some shape into my long, heavy hair. She not only went above and beyond what I'd been expecting, she also made sure to center what I wanted-- a cute, glam wash n go haircut that was low-maintenance and pandemic-friendly. Honestly, I've never had an easier haircut, which is saying something for still having hair halfway down my back. I can't recommend her enough. And on top of it all, she uses beautiful, nontoxic products that smell incredible.

As a person with asthma who is sensitive to chemicals and salon settings, I was thrilled to hear Teri had a clean air suite in Austin. Upon arriving to my appointment, Teri took the time to look at my curls and asked questions to determine my hair goals and look at a few cut inspirations. I left with a beautifully crafted razor cut that took my face shape and curls into consideration. Teri guided me through selecting products from Hairstory and Cult and King to meet the needs of my scalp and hair and make the most of my new do. Fast forward to our current pandemic situation. I reached out to Teri to see if she'd be willing to walk me through a virtual cut (I may have attempted a trim that left my hair in a sort of rectangle shape). She patiently walked me through a trim to reshape and refresh my cut. With her guidance, my haircut came out quite cute! I appreciate that Teri always has client's wellbeing in mind all the way from the products she uses, the clean air suite, and all the precautions she has taken to provide services during covid. As a single mom of two boys five and under, I rarely get the time to fit in some self care for myself. I had been searching for a stylist who could create a soft and romantic style on me that was low maintenance with East grow out. I reached out to a friend in Austin who recommended TeriAnne, so I reached out to her to book an appointment. She responded back super quickly and was so sweet and helpful with what type of appointment I should be booking. Her appointment system online was super easy to navigate, and I got scheduled! The day of the appointment, I texted her to let her know I was there. She came out, checked my temp ensuring we were safe to continue with the appointment, and then she brought me to her suite. Her suite was decorated so beautifully! She gave me a thorough consult and talked about products and available time to work on my hair, and then she went to work. Her energy was fantastic. I enjoyed every moment of my appointment and totally wished I could have hugged her when I left (thanks a lot, Covid). She showed me how to easily style my hair and I left confident that I could recreate her style. She even talked to me about the length of time between booking my next appointment, so I'm already all set up for my fringe touch up in September. I had a fantastic experience with TeriAnne from start to finish. She's a gem!
