I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service I received from Kate, the store owner. Given the density and thickness of my hair, achieving a short bob cut can be very challenging. However, Kate's expertise and dedication were truly remarkable. She revived a previously uneven and inconsistent haircut by taking the time to understand my hair and really capturing the picture I had in my mind. She transformed it into a cut that left me feeling extremely satisfied. I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding service and love for her craft.Service: Haircut

Virgina has been doing my hair for a while now . She listens to my wants, and each time makes the adjustment if needed on what I may decided I want different. She also helps me figure out what I want sometimes bc I’m not always sure . She has a positive attitude and has always been friendly with me . This last time she gave me curtain bangs and I love them. Lastly , when I ask for a cut but don’t want to loose length she always respects that. In the past I’ve had experiences with others where I ask that and walk away with 4 inches off instead of the small dusting I wanted . I really appreciate that about her . All the stylists are very professional and great at what they do. I was always very happy with the blonde highlights and styling. The only negative is that I moved out of state and have to find someone to replace Virgina.
