My doctors visit was great but I didn't know ahead the office moved. I luckily just made it to my appointment!!Heads up as of today it's moved:2500 W William Cannon Dr Building 607 Suite E1, Austin, TX 78745I like my new doctor hopefully it will be better than other ones!!
I've used SAMC for years. Patient care has been pretty solid. However, they just changed their patient portal to an Amazon fee based service. This means you have to pay a fee to log into your account, to get records, to talk to someone and even to schedule an appointment. Trying to call the office, you get stuck in menu that directs you to log onto OneMedical- which you can't do unless you pay a fee. I know SAMC didn't do this in a vacuum and that the problem is much larger than them, but this is a paltry.
