Sophie listened and took her time explaining each procedure. I had microblading done a year ago and came back for nanobrows. She did an amazing job and I felt at ease and trusted her opinion.
Honestly, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Sophie possesses that all-too-unique combo of utter professionalism + unwavering patience and kindness. She is incredibly knowledgeable and talented, and clearly holds herself to a high standard. This is all enough for the glowing review. What really put the experience over the top for me was her personal approach. Like others have said, she goes at your pace, she listens well, and she walks you through the process one step at a time. She is thoughtful and kind, and her presence is wonderfully calming. I had such a positive experience, and am so glad I found her!
Sophie was wonderful. She was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. She really helped guide me through the experience and truly listened to my personal preferences. My brows look amazing and my expectations were exceeded.
