Really good company. responsive, always answers phone. quick to send someone out, very short wait times. They honor their labor warranty. quick to come out and correct / fix anything that comes up free of charge, so long as under warranty.
Daniel, Shane, and the whole team were excellent. They did some creative troubleshooting to fix a problem that was not obvious. They are pricey, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Very happy with their service.
Staton has been amazing. The unit did not function on Sunday. Starting from schedule with Jackie, down to Staton coming onsite to fix it (and provide recommendation). This all happen on a Sunday !! Thank you, I would highly recommend this place
