Wish I would have done a little more research than choosing this company.Service Requested: This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I would never do business with them again. Their installers were awesome, but office staff and sales team are horrible.I inquired an order in August 2023. Salesperson called me immediately and came to my home the following day of my inquiry to take measurements and provided a quote. Still awaiting shower doors. They came out to measure and were ordered promptly. When installers arrived they informed us that the door handle to shower would cut our opening by almost 3 inches. This was not told to us during our initial measurement. The installers were very kind and discussed ideas but any changes would need to be approved through initial salesperson. We called that person a week ago and he was off. Called the next day and he said he would get back with us. No call. My husband called today and no excuse why we have not been called back. Great installation from start to finish. The salesman took his time to measure everything correctly and walk me thru the options. Since I already received a quote and they came in lower, I was happy to sign they came out and get a little more discount on the final price. The installation went well and the crew took time to explain everything I needed to know on when I can start using the showers again as well as left cleaning/warranty instructions.
