Have Service Wizard's annual inspection plan where someone comes out in the fall to check my furnace and in the spring for the AC. Dante came recently for my heating system inspection which included ductwork as well as the furnace itself. He spent a good 45 minutes in the attic and provided me not only with a checklist of what he examined, but more than two dozen pictures, many of which showed meter readings for various system metrics that he tested. I recently bought an HVAC unit from these folks. When the weather turned cold, the heat wouldn't come on. I called them, and they sent out David St. Germaine on the same day. He showed up and was friendly and professional. He found the problem immediately, and fixed the issue quite quickly.
