I had a great experience at this location due to the customer service received from Jose. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had going into a Sephora store. Super patient, knowledgeable on products and overall polite with a welcoming energy. It was greatly appreciated.
I need to give Vivian a huge shoutout! I was 2 days ago to purchase a new foundation and concealer and was helped by Vivian. I got a deeper tan than usual this summer and needed some help color matching. Let me tell you…I have never been color matched SO good in my life. She matched me spot on, you cannot tell the difference from my skin and the foundation. I’m in awe because I’ve been color matched before and it’s always slightly off but I just roll with it. Not this time. I purchased my usual concealer but asked if she could color match me since she did great job with the foundation and holy moly I’m impressed. Tall gentleman in the store wearing pink and a jean jacket on 7/27/24 during the early afternoon was so dismissive and looked bothered when i would ask him for assistance. He did not want to help me at all but when a blonde woman and her daughter came in — his attitude changed and was so nice and helpful to them talking very sweet to them. Good customer service should be available to all.
