I've gone here for years as this is my local Sephora. The store itself is great and kept clean. But today the employees were just not great. None of them helped me and then when I was checking out a lady named regi was really impatient with me and was overall not friendly. The employees were not very friendly but other than that it's fine.
If you're looking for service, perhaps go to another store. Yes, they are friendly at the front door but also talk to each other instead of helping customers. I was looking at several products, walked around the store for 20 minutes passed several employees and was not once approached to see if I needed anything or had questions. One employee was a muscly man in a tight white t-shirt and black pants. He walked passed me twice. I was going to ask for a sample to try a product but decided against it. He seemed busier looking this phone. There were two guys at the front door who were loudly chatting to themselves, laughing and joking around. With the lack of service, the fewer products and the overwhelming perfume scent. I would rather buy online or go to a different store. Too bad - Sephora used to be great but the service in all stores has diminished in the past few years.
This Sephora may be smaller, but the service was grand. As soon as I arrived, the manager immediately approached me to see if I needed assistance and quickly called for help over her headpiece. Someone assisted me right away with my color match for the Lady Gaga Haus foundation and eyeliner, despite it being quite busy in the store. Rachel was especially helpful--she guided me to the best lighting, took my opinion into account, and helped me find the perfect shade. She also helped me pick out my Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow and a few other products. Although there was a, the checkout process was smooth, and Klaus, the gentleman who assisted me, had the most stunning eye makeup--reminiscent of a winter sunset in a ski town. It was one of the best makeup looks I've seen at any Sephora, and it made me wish I could do my eyes like that! While many Sephoras provide great customer service, Rachel stood out with her kindness, product knowledge, and attentiveness. Unlike past experiences where associates insisted on what they thought looked best, Rachel truly collaborated with me to find the perfect match. I also appreciated that this location was a standalone Sephora, not inside a Kohl's or another store. Even though it was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed and provided a great overall experience.
