Note: this review is related to customer service/booking experience. I have been following Kristen's work for some time and finally could swing the prices for her services. I was so excited to get something scheduled. On July 27th, I filled out an online consultation form and knowing things are a little more challenging with Covid, assumed it might be a day or two before someone got back to me. On July 31st Kristen replied asking a clarifying question about what I was hoping to achieve. I replied confirming her question within 30 min of receiving that email and asked how I could book. REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM BUSINESS OWNER: I do want to add that my experience with Kristen was even worst but I did not include it in my first review. Initially, I was supposed to get my hair done with Kristen on December 14, 2019. I remember I specifically scheduled that day because it was my company's holiday party. If I remember correctly, my appointment was at 10am. When I was on my way to the salon, Kristen called me saying that she had been stopped by the police and that we had to reschedule the appointment because she couldn't make it to our appointment on time. All that she cares about is how to make money out of you. I paid a $50 consultation. She did not even want to listen to what I want. She kept telling me how bad my hair was. She was in a rush to finish the consultation. I emailed her after that for a question, and she never answered. Not professional at all. I do not recommend her.
