Dr Piazza was highly recommended by my facial cosmetic Dr. I had my implants removed March of 2023 and it was a botched procedure by a local Dr that claims to be the guru of removals. He did remove them but also botched the reconstruction, he tried a second time to repair the damage and they were even worse. I did not think there was any possible way I would ever look normal again. Then enters my hero, Dr Piazza, he reconstructed my breast and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a caring, responsive and very talented plastic surgeon I highly recommend you visit Dr. Piazza! His entire team were absolutely wonderful!
I started the process of looking into a getting a breast reduction 2 years ago and I am glad I waited! A friend referred me to Dr. Piazza because I really wanted to pull the trigger last June to get a breast reduction done. I was a 34J and got tired of tops, swimwear, outfits that would not fit me right. The girls just got in the way of life and I had enough. I told Dr. Piazza what my vision was and let's just say he understood the assignment! He did a great job on my reduction! Dr. Piazza is far and away one of the top, if not the top, plastic surgeon in Austin. From beginning to end, he is personable, knowledgeable, caring and just overall an amazing guy! I went to 4 different consults around Austin with different (well known) surgeons and even did one virtual call with a surgeon in Scottsdale and in the end I decided to go with Dr. Piazza based on his clear knowledge of his craft and what he said he could offer and do for me.
