I recently had an issue with the AC at a rental property I manage and called Resilience company. They responded promptly and had a technician, Yusuan, at the property within a few hours. Yusuan was professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The tenants were very pleased with how efficiently everything was handled. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Resilience and Yusuan for their fast response time and excellent service!
This is the second time Yusuan has come out and he was just as responsive and professional as the first time. We had condensation leaking from our attic unit into the ceiling and he was able to come out promptly the next morning. Everything was fixed up quickly and he even redid our outlet configuration to move it further from the window/house. We’ll definitely continue using Resilience for our future HVAC needs!
Yusuan always does a good job and is thorough and tidy! We've been lucky to have him work on our previous house as well as the current one. I feel confident in the services! Thanks Yusuan. :)
