Clothes were cleaned well, pressing was a little sloppy. Dry cleaning is not on site and we're not ready when stated. Was told that dry cleaning comes back a day late about 50% of the time and offered no apology or discount. Was also told they couldn't give me a price when I dropped off. Weird experience.

The staff is friendly and courteous, but I cannot recommend their cleaning services. I've been taking three brand new, white dress shirts to this location for the last month. The shirts come back with stains that did not exist upon my bringing them in. I'm not sure if it is an equipment, chemical, or human problem, but it is definitely problematic. Today this occurred again (and for the last time, as I'm taking my business elsewhere); I was very easily able to remove one of the new stains after just a few minutes of hand washing. That left me with the question: are they TRYING to stain them?! I don't think so, they seem very nice. But at this point... read full review

I was finally able to connect with one of the managers it took 11 days. I was able to take my garments to another location to avoid the poorly trained Clark on Highway 71. They were able to correct the issues with my garments. Although I'm not pleased with the service time and the poor service initially. I am pleased with the end result
