THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They LOST a pair of jeans and DAMAGED a brand new shirt. I had never used Reid's Cleaners in the past and unfortunately decided to give them a try and I completely regret it. They lost a pair of Levis jeans and damaged a new western shirt. I was told that I needed to wait 30 days to get refunded and it has now been 2 MONTHS and they have yet to fix the problem. Every time I call or go into the Cleaners they ask me for the same contact information that I have already given to them, and on multiple occasions!!! Stay away from this place. I rarely get on yelp and give horrible reviews but this one is warranted. The overall value of this place is ridiculous. I had 13 shirts dry cleaned and I had to spend over $100 on basic dry cleaning. Down the street, if I would've known, is more than 2/3 the price..2.99 a shirt. So I suggest nobody give them your business until they realize they are gouging the circle c people.

I was told two weeks for a blanket to be washed and it’s still not ready three weeks later. They don’t give any answers other than still not here. Never had this experience with such late due dates when laundering elsewhere. When the blanket was available for pick up it looked great!
