I have rented an office here for a year, coming up on my renewal, and I have renewed. I love this office. Deborah runs the office and is kind and inviting. Chante is the receptionist and always welcomes me with a good morning and see you tomorrow at the end of day. The office space is clean, the security is courteous. I have no complaints. My purpose was in extra office in Central Austin to get around town central location. I'm very pleased. Do yourself a favor and rent an office here if you need to.

Regus has several locations throughout the city. This location at the corner of 38th and Lamar is one of the better ones. Staff is friendly and the offices nicely furnished. A wonderful choice in the day office arena. Parking garage is adjacent to the office building, and the entrance to the building is not well marked, so a little instruction to your clients or guests might help avoid some confusion.
