Outstanding Professional plumber/ service, excellent communication and explanation of problem and options to fix it. Utilized high quality products. Ezekiel was my Service provider and he was outstanding. Excellent communication, intelligent, demonstrated true interest in our home/family needs. I was impressed with his work and will not go to another company except Radiant.
Late evening repair A/C needed. Zach arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly and had our unit up and running within a hour. Very knowledgable and courteous young man. We will now be using Reliant for all our a/c and heating needs.
Radiant for us in the same day for an emergency we had with our water softener. Yuri, our service tech was great. He took the time to explain all the issues and was very patient and helpful with all of our questions. Very friendly service and great job. Now we have the peace of mind that the service was backed by a great company.
