I don't trust them. My house was not actively listed, but I was willing to sell for the right price. First Chris, and then about a year later, Rey, contacts me and tells me they have an investor who will pay my price, but they want me to meet with the investor so that I feel comfortable with him. I told them, both times, that if they really have an investor willing to pay my price send me an offer. I never received an offer, leading me to believe that they concocted the story about an investor willing to pay my price and that it was a scam to meet to try get a listing or to negotiate a lower price. I wouldn't deal with them.
Chris sold our old home with a 3 week closing. It worked out perfectly. He is knowledgeable, very efficient, kind and hardworking. Bottom line, he gets the job done.
I went through this company to buy a home and I could't be happier with the results and information I have received from my Agent Chris Rios. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend going through them!
