Avoid this place like the plague, literally. Wirh essentially no valid COVID controls, this place can be deadly for a high risk patient like me. It was dirty and, instead of in car waiting, they pile everyone in the waiting room. The risk is exacerbated by a 1 1/2 wait for a simple pre employment screen. There are some simple and relatively inexpensive ways to mask this place safe. This is neglect and this place should be shut down. I will never be back here. Avoid

Much quicker and personal than going to an ER! I got stitched up in less than 20min.

Medical exam for USCIS takes about 2 hours including getting all the shots and costs 300 bucks!
