I was a former employee at this restoration company a great number of years ago premier restoration is one of the most honest straight, shooting restoration companies in the Austin area. I would highly recommend any clients from any background. Should they need restoration services to use Premier restoration. Both the owners, Stephen and Lexi Are extremely knowledgeable, very compassionate, and are able to adapt to any situation, no matter the complexity.

These guys are fantastic. Unfortunately my home has flooded twice in the last two months due to plumbing errors. Hectors crew has been fantastic. On the 23rd of December, I experienced a water pipe burst. Steven and his crew were at my home within 2 hours wet-vac'ing over 400 gallons of water. They worked through the holidays making sure my place was dry and removing damaged furnishings. Great communication and responsiveness! I hope never to have another situation like that, but if I do, they will be my first call!Services: Flood restoration
