We realized the night before our international trip that my husband had lost his vaccine card and we needed it for travel. We reached out late that night to Point of Care Health Services requesting an expedited proof of vaccination and they responded immediately, putting our worries at ease that night. They got us the info we needed first thing in the morning so we were able to travel stress free. We are so grateful for their awesome customer service!
Greediness and bad service. The first time I got tested for Covid with Point of Care I did not receive my results. The second time - they changed the billing policy AFTER we had already made an appointment to get tested and drove 30 minutes with a toddler to the testing site. They refused to bill my (or anybody's) insurance company, and we had to pay over 200$ from our own pocket for each test. They didn't bother to notify anyone about this policy change and informed people about it only when they arrived for there appointments. Most people refused to get tested. As a business navigating COVID has been difficult for many reasons. However, finding Point of Care Health Services was a gem. We wanted to provide access for our employees to be safely vaccinated if they wished to, and we needed a place that could provide quick and accurate testing. Point of Care Health Service provided both of these with professionalism and efficiency. We have recommended Point of Care Health Services to our patients, family, and friends.
