After a thorough examine, Bobby developed specific exercises and a pain management program using dry needling and massage to build muscle and reduce inflammation. I'm happy to report that I'm back to running and participating in the activities I love! I continue to do my exercises and am extremely satisfied with Bobby's personal care and positive results!“

I feel completely free to share intimate details without judgment! I also believe that her treatments (even after the first one) are definitely making a difference in the healing that's long overdue. I look forward to being pain-free and getting my active life back.
I also want to acknowledge Jessica, the front-office personnel. As the initial contact, she made my appointment easy and welcoming.

8700 Menchaca Rd STE 206, Austin“After working with Dr. Q for several months now I would highly recommend him to anyone that is experiencing a climbing related injury, or non-climbing related injury for that matter as he is good at finding the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable. My injury occurred when climbing a local Austin boulder at Bull Creek that involves lots of hard moves on pockets. After a session on this boulder I had a significant amount of pain in my A2 pulley that got much worse after an indoor session a month later while full crimping. After re-aggravating the injury I waited about three weeks to go to Dr. Q to get an evaluation and treatment. The reason I waited was that I have had several pulley injuries in the past and recovered successfully from them. This time I decided to seek professional advice and treatment to figure out the reason for getting frequent finger injuries and what to do differently. Although I am not 100% back to unrestricted climbing, (and not to jinx myself) I am feeling much stronger after working with Dr. Q. I am confident that he provided me with a plan going forward to climb unhindered by injury and much healthier in the long run. Also due to Dr. Q’s unique training and treatment I was able to climb after my first session with him and had significantly less pain in my finger.“
“I received physical therapy at Ascent following a knee surgery, and was very impressed with the physical therapy staff, available equipment, and facility overall. Both physical therapist that I've seen where top notch and very attentive. They were even able to tailor my therapy after I experience some post-op knee pain. Overall, I was very pleased with the physical therapy I received and progress I have made!“

7756 Northcross Dr #100, Austin“Dr. Jessica is incredible. I found my way to her after a repeated back injury. As a person with cerebral palsy who spent years in physical therapy as a child, I was terrified to see another PT and was worried that I wouldn't be heard or that my limits and my body wouldn't be respected. Dr. Jessica (and her receptionist!) listened to my concerns and my history with kindness and compassion. I felt safe walking into the office. Walking out of my first appointment, I felt so much relief.Dr. Jessica works to make sure her clients feel a connection between their brains and their bodies. With her help, I'm learning to trust myself. I can confidently say that that I feel empowered to care for my physical body for the first time in my life because I have the right supports in place. I am so grateful.“
“Gabe does a great job of identifying issues and formulating a strategy to recover especially when it comes to soccer.“
