“I adore Emily, my pelvic floor therapist. She is kind, compassionate, and extremely professional. I feel completely free to share intimate details without judgment! I also believe that her treatments (even after the first one) are definitely making a difference in the healing that's long overdue. I look forward to being pain-free and getting my active life back.
I also want to acknowledge Jessica, the front-office personnel. As the initial contact, she made my appointment easy and welcoming.
If you're looking to get back in motion, I would highly recommend Pro Motion.“
“Dr. Gabriel did an amazing job on my 12 year old son to help him with his balance and his flat foot.Highly recommended!!!!“
“Dr. Parsa has been an incredible PT helping many of my personal training clients get the most out of their rehab before working with me. We’ve been able to cultivate a solid line of communication to better assist our patient/client throughout their journey to their goals!“
“I started feeling pain in my feet while running last year and it got to a point where I could not run more than a quarter mile without having to stop. For years, I was running about 3 miles every other day with no pain. I started looking up videos and tried treating my plantar fasciitis on my own. I tried stretching and and strengthening and it didn't really get me anywhere. This went on for months until I finally bit the bullet and decided to seek professional help. My health is important to me and the fact that I could not run even a mile without pain in my feet really made me feel like my health was slipping away. Dr Tran listened to my story and after watching me walk and run for just a couple of minutes, he was able to determine what I needed to get better. He was very good at explaining things which helped me understand the importance of everything he was doing and also how important my exercises at home were. After a couple of months on the Return to Running Program, I am happy to say I am back to running 2-3 miles with no pain at all in my feet. Dr Tran provided guidance every step of the way while also doing tissue work to help my body get back to where I was in my 20's. I will be able use what I learned to continue my health span into the future as well. I highly recommend Perspective Physical Therapy to anyone who is in any kind of pain and just want to get back to feeling like themselves again.“
“I started seeing Steve in 2020 when I strained a pec muscle and it wasn't healing up on its own. His analysis was thorough to target exactly the root of the issue and he was able to fix me up in only a few sessions!I found myself injured again in the summer of 2022 and knew I had to reach out to Steve ASAP. This time, I was having back spasms and luckily he had a cancellation that week so he was able to squeeze me in. He, again, was very thorough with his analysis and helped me recover in about a months time.Steve takes his time with his patients and is very methodical in his approach. I recommend him to any of my friends who want to see a PT because he is the best!“
“I received physical therapy at Ascent following a knee surgery, and was very impressed with the physical therapy staff, available equipment, and facility overall. Both physical therapist that I've seen where top notch and very attentive. They were even able to tailor my therapy after I experience some post-op knee pain. Overall, I was very pleased with the physical therapy I received and progress I have made!“
“On May 6, 2023, I strained one of my right calf muscles. It was very painful and I had trouble walking without a limp. I went to see the doctor and he told me what the problem was. Since we were to travel on a walking-intensive trip to Germany approx. three weeks hence, we asked the doctor if I could get some PT. He wrote the referral and told us that Pro-Motion on Slaughter Ln was a good place to go. That was convenient since he is in the same shopping center. After an initial evaluation by one of the doctors at ProMotion, they placed me with Byron, a former Marine, who went to ACC and was trained as a Physical Therapy Assistant. I was amazed by how good he was--I think he's a natural for this kind of thing, though I'm sure the training also helped a lot. I really hope he gets the opportunity to study to get his doctorate in PT, because I'm pretty sure he will be a great one. He was always patient, firm, and honest. A hard combination to find--though the fact that he was a Marine made it a little less surprising. I made a lot of progress in three weeks, but as we came to the end of the three weeks, we decided that it was best for me to bring a cane along on the trip (I'd never used a cane in my life) since I was told we would be walking typically 5 to 7 miles per day (of course, not all in one walk without a break--but, still that's more than I walked before my injury). Brandon taught me how to use the cane. Though I was able to basically get around without a cane, I did need it sometimes, especially towards the end of a day. He also counseled me on selecting the right kind of compression socks to wear on the airplane. I cannot say enough good things about Byron and Pro-Motion Physical Therapy.“
“Have had Dr. Pyron as my primary care and sports medicine doctor for 10 years. She and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. My health and fitness are a collaborative effort with her team. I highly recommend Medicine in Motion where they recognize you when you come in their door and give you the best care.“
“Wait, don’t scroll after the first sentence!Chaya was the biggest pain in my butt with all the squats, deadlifts and bridges she made me do. In all seriousness, she has an outstanding understanding of body mechanics. Her quick adjustments to the therapy plan when my hip started having problems mid-bike ride during a session to treat my knee made all the difference in my pain level and walking.“
“Dr. Jessica is incredible. I found my way to her after a repeated back injury. As a person with cerebral palsy who spent years in physical therapy as a child, I was terrified to see another PT and was worried that I wouldn't be heard or that my limits and my body wouldn't be respected. Dr. Jessica (and her receptionist!) listened to my concerns and my history with kindness and compassion. I felt safe walking into the office. Walking out of my first appointment, I felt so much relief.Dr. Jessica works to make sure her clients feel a connection between their brains and their bodies. With her help, I'm learning to trust myself. I can confidently say that that I feel empowered to care for my physical body for the first time in my life because I have the right supports in place. I am so grateful.“
“Bobby O’Dell is amazing and really glad we found him. After almost a year of having a stress fracture, being in pain and not being able to run, my son started with Bobby for physical therapy and return to run program; after a little over a month he has no pain and has started running again. The diagnostic initial visit was thorough and was great to define the physical therapy plan and scheduling visits. The visits give personal attention and care in a great space. Highly recommended. So happy to have found a small business owner that gives individualized care and attention, instead of big corporate place that you might not have consistency of care by same physical therapist. Bobby truly cares about his patients and results are amazing.“
