I would like to say thank you to Sam Lester for the excellent customer service she provided. I never had a problem solved that fast via email. I usually just give up and call in. She provided me with everything I need it.
I found my old senior order slip, never got to order graduation photos... Mind you this was from 2011... I finish college soon and wanted my HS photo next to my college photo. I emailed them, & understanding they might no longer have them. Welp they responded not even 24hrs later and still had them!!! I remember like it was yesterday, so I quickly ordered them! So happy, it's the smallest things like this that count. Above and beyond!!
Edit: they did call me back as I was driving to get my daughter but did pick up when I called after parking. The photos that were lost by/at the school are being resent. I think that is really good. My daughter’s picture - taken on a spirit school day unfortunately - will have to remain because we were not informed of school retakes by our teacher in enough time. It looks like getting into the studio, so that we can get a smile that isn’t forced due to stress and not in school spirit clothes, is something they will have to work out if that becomes possible in time. I am definitely satisfied with the response time and the customer service rep was amazingly knowledgeable... read full review
