Customers express complete trust in the team, noting that their dogs are well-cared for and come home looking fancy after their visits. The boutique is praised for its exceptional service and is highly recommended.
We took our dog here today after taking him to another local spot for the past 5 years. Our old groomer had told us he had to be muzzled during his appointments. I’m not against muzzling if he needs to be (although he is not agressive at all but does get nervous as I’m sure a lot of pups do) but we warned the groomers at PetBar and they sent a video of him getting his nails done perfectly content with no muzzle. Seeing this makes me think the other place just wanted to charge us the extra fee for the muzzle. They definitely made him feel comfortable and did a great job. We will definitely be back!
